Troubleshooting for Gyratory Screen

Breakdown	Reason	Solution
V-belt heating up	V-belt looseness Through of belt is broken or the surface is rough	Loose the bolt which fastens the motor, adjust the distance between motor and belt pulley Check and repair the belt pulley

Unbalance motors make the platform to oscillate. An oscillation insulating elastic suspension connects the top and bottom part of the platform. The amplitude of the oscillation can be changed by adjusting the unbalances on the unbalance motors during standstill. Besides, the vibration frequency can be changed during the operation time if an electric control with frequency inverter is being used.
