Troubleshooting for Gyratory Screen

However, during the operation, we may meet some problems, here PK Machinery will introduce the breakdown reason and method in detail.

Unbalance motors make the platform to oscillate. An oscillation insulating elastic suspension connects the top and bottom part of the platform. The amplitude of the oscillation can be changed by adjusting the unbalances on the unbalance motors during standstill. Besides, the vibration frequency can be changed during the operation time if an electric control with frequency inverter is being used. The technical precision screening enough do vibrating screen

 1. Screen mesh plug (to increase the anti clogging device).

The reasons and preventive measures of blocking of vibrating screen

It is a common problem that vibrating screen will appear the phenomenon of blockage of sieve.There are many reasons that cause the blockage of sieve.The reasons are as follows:
 
1.Physical reasons:Many granules are close to separation point; the water content
of material is high; it will happen the phenomenon of static electricity.

2.Material factors:The material is fibrous; there are many flake-like material.

3.Sieve desigh:The hole shape design is unreasonable which isn’t meeting the requirements; the silk to weave sieve is too thick.
Measures to solve the blockage of sieve
1.Control the water content of material:When the water content of material is more than 5% and there is no any other methods to dry the material, it should select proper screen surface and sieve mesh; if the water content of materialis more than 8%, it should adopt dewatering screen to meet our needs.

2.Classify material:Before screening more flake-like material, what we should do is chaging the way to crush material; if the material size is small and it contains more pelitic material, we need to pay much attention to water content.

Maintenance of Linear Vibrating Screen

Linear vibrating screen is one of the most commonly used vibration screen. Its maintenance and repair is essential, as good maintenance strategy and maintenance method can effectively prolong the lifespan of linear vibrating screen. So, let us take a look at the maintenance strategies and maintenance methods of linear vibrating screen.

The maintenance strategies of linear vibrating screen can be divided into three phases, before use, in use and after use.

Maintenance before use: linear vibrating screen should equip with electrical protection device; for initially use, anchor bolts should be checked each time before using in order to prevent loosening; check for damage on the screen mesh etc..
Maintenance in use: check the rotation of motor, if does not meet the requirement, adjust the power phase sequence; check unusual of the vibration; examine the stability of current.
Maintenance after use: periodically check the lubricate situation of machinery components, every two weeks operation, need to add the lubricating oil; after a total operation of one thousand five hundreds hours, check the wear of bearing; if long time do not use it, insulation resistance should be measured before use.

The application of vibration source of rotary vibrating screen / linear vibrating screen

Notices:

1.When the excitation power and electricity are no more than specified numerical value, it can be operated at the largest exciting force. 

2.No operating without protective cover. 

3.There is a specially-made putty in the terminal junction box. It can be took out when maintenance and got back after maintaining. 

4.It should check the following items when operating: 
     A .Whether there is enough lubricating grease in the bearing; 
     B .Whether the installation of vibration motor and fastener are firm; 
     C .Whether the link of power cable is normal; 
     D .Whether the operation is normal. 

5.We need to pay much attention to the operation of vibration motor during working. If it appears the phenomenon of overheating and oil leakage, we must stop the machine to inspect at once. 

6.After first use or suspending long time, if using the vibration motor once again, we should measure the insulation resistance of coil to ensure its numerical value is more than 20MΩ.
